Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment

• Literacy and mathematic teams will revise and improve curricula through curriculum review and data analysis

• Conduct a program audit of Enrichment/Gifted and Talented to maximize student learning opportunities

• Implement revised mentor program

• Develop and implement a new supervision and evaluation system for teachers

• Implement Open Circle curriculum to target social competency

• Conduct pre/post assessments of students receiving Title One services


Teacher and Administration Quality

• Expand professional development to include formal teacher reflection, professional book groups, and peer observation

Student Support Programs and Services

• Reaccreditation of our preschool program

• Evaluate the effectiveness of our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program

• Assess Wellness Policy implementation


Leadership and Governance

• Expand school council to represent both Roderick and Delaney

• Revise and create school committee policies as needed


Business and Financial Management

• Access Medicaid reimbursement claims up to the current year

• Continue with the development of the Wrentham Elementary Schools Trust

• Acquire capital funds to improve the interior of Roderick
